The CCNWT board is made up of volunteers from across the NWT. 

Directors:
President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary

Officers:
A minimum of one representative of each NWT Ski Club, chosen by each club.

The board meets via Zoom once per month from September through June. The annual general meeting is typically held in June each year.
